Privacy Policy
Effective May 26, 2026. This policy is written for a Canadian project operated from Alberta.
What solves.ca collects
solves.ca is designed as a set of browser-based games, tools, and solvers. The apps do not require accounts, and the intended model is that puzzle input, calculator input, and generated results stay in your browser unless you choose to share a URL.
The site may receive ordinary web request information through hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, referrer, and request time. This is used for security, abuse prevention, debugging, and basic operations.
Cookies and analytics
solves.ca does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
User-provided content
Many tools encode state in the URL hash or local browser state. URL hashes are normally not sent to the server by browsers, but you should treat any shared link as something visible to the people you share it with.
Service providers
Hosting, DNS, TLS, and security services may process standard request metadata to deliver the site. Those providers may store or process data outside Alberta or Canada according to their own infrastructure and policies.
Legal basis and rights
For Alberta and Canadian privacy purposes, operational request metadata is handled only as needed to run, secure, and improve the service. You may ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with solves.ca by contacting the project through slepp.ca.
Changes
solves.ca updates this policy on this page when it changes. The effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes take effect when published here.
